Private Legal Agreement

I agree that I am purchasing only the right to view any film purchased for private use. The buyer may use the film in a personal educational project which will not be used or displayed for a commercial purpose or used for anything other than the exercise involved in the original educational project. The film may not be edited in any way. A private purchase does not permit public screenings, for financial gain, or otherwise and does not permit a buyer to post the film to the Internet.
Public Legal Agreement

I agree that I am purchasing only the right to screen the film/s purchased once to an audience whether for free or who might pay to view the screening. The license does not permit the buyer to post the film to a website or to use it in any other manner. Any further screenings must be separately purchased.
Educational Legal Agreement

I agree that I am purchasing only the right to use any programme/s purchased in a single institution as an educational aid. The license also gives the institution the right to post a digital version of the film onto their own network but not to make it available on the World Wide Web.
Commercial Legal Agreement

I agree that I am purchasing only the right to a single organisation to use the film purchased for internal use where no more than 500 people will view it. The license does not allow the programme to be broadcast in any way, on any form of electronic video platform. Any use of the film must be at full, unedited length. Where a company has less than 500 employees the film may be posted to the company's own website. For any other use falling outside the scope of this agreement please contact SWPictures Ltd directly.
